Shirt for cold weather

Shirt is nice in colour and stitching and matches its description. But it has two major flaws. 1) its material is not for hot summer months. I think this shirt can be worn in late October when weather is bit cool. 2) sleeves are too short. Wonder why they have lept them so short.
